The governor of Misiones, Hugo Passalacqua, has decided to take control of two strategic state agencies: the Tax Agency of Misiones (ATM) and Energy of Misiones S.A. (EMSA). According to official sources, the decrees to remove the current authorities are already prepared and will be signed in the coming days.
The departures directly affect Virginia Kluka, president of EMSA, and Belén Gregori, head of the ATM. Both officials were politically aligned with Carlos Rovira, the historic leader of the Frente Renovador de la Concordia. The ATM accounts for over 30% of provincial revenue, making this move a significant shift in resource management.
