The technology company DXC Technology has opened a 200,000 square foot centre in Bengaluru dedicated to co-creating artificial intelligence solutions with clients. The facilities include AI, cybersecurity, and network operations laboratories.
DXC Technology has launched its new Customer Experience Centre in Bengaluru (India), a 200,000 square foot (18,580 square meters) facility designed to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence in businesses. The centre, which the company describes as its global flagship, brings together consultants, engineers, and clients in one space to co-create AI solutions.
An AI centre to move from experimentation to scale
The new facilities, located in one of Bengaluru's main tech hubs, aim to help organizations transition from AI pilot tests to large-scale implementation. The centre features a central AI area, a cyber testing field, forensic laboratories, a security operations centre, and a network operations centre, according to the company in a statement.
The space is designed to facilitate direct collaboration between DXC teams and their clients. It includes immersive experience zones, flexible collaboration centres, ideation studios, and co-creation laboratories, all in a modern environment where participants can showcase innovation in real-time.
“Our biggest differentiator is our team,” said Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC Technology. “Our new Customer Experience Centre brings together our exceptional engineering team in a space designed for closer collaboration with clients and partners, where we can co-create, develop, and implement AI-based solutions that address complex business challenges.”
Integrating AI with existing business systems
The centre is not limited to developing new solutions but also focuses on integrating AI into the technological environments that companies already use, including core systems (record systems). DXC will showcase capabilities in consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and network transformation, with an emphasis on designing and executing integrated AI capabilities.
Rob Le Busque, President of Asia Pacific and Japan at DXC Technology, highlighted that the centre represents “a driver of innovation in AI, engineering excellence, and customer collaboration.” The facility enables complete scenarios from solution design to implementation and monitoring in real-world environments, accelerating the time to market for AI solutions.
“By bringing together our expertise in consulting, engineering, and operations in one environment, we help our clients accelerate AI adoption and create connected enterprises where people work alongside AI agents to design and manage our clients' record systems,” added Le Busque.
Implications for the tech and business sector
The opening of this centre strengthens DXC's presence in India and expands its global network of collaboration centres with clients. For companies looking to adopt AI, having a space where they can work side by side with experts can reduce risks and accelerate outcomes. DXC, which serves global companies and public sector organizations, is committed to an open and collaborative innovation model.
The Bengaluru centre arrives at a time when many organizations are still in the experimentation phase with AI and need guidance to scale their initiatives. DXC offers a complete journey: from ideation to operation and optimization of AI solutions, which can be key for companies lacking internal resources to tackle digital transformation.
The facilities are already operational, and DXC expects clients from around the world to visit them for joint projects. The company has not disclosed the investment cost but emphasizes that it is one of its largest global distribution centres.
