The One-Stop Shop for Internationalisation has advised over 7,300 small businesses and entrepreneurs since 2019, with 3,165 support actions and an annual investment of 700,000 euros.

The Community of Madrid has facilitated the international expansion of more than 7,300 SMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs through the One-Stop Shop for Internationalisation (VUI), a free service that provides comprehensive information and guidance in foreign trade. This resource, created in 2019 alongside the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, has developed a total of 3,165 support actions by 30 June, including consultations, workshops, and international fairs.

Of the total actions, 2,887 have been personalised consultations, along with 118 workshops, seminars, and participation in 66 international fairs where Madrid-based companies have sought new markets and business partners. In 2025, the last year with complete data, the VUI carried out 930 actions that reached 2,397 users, with 847 individual consultations and support at 23 events.

Additionally, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce has sponsored 72 business missions and meetings through the VUI, benefiting 273 companies. This service, at no cost to users, is supported by the extension of the agreement for 2026 and 2027, with an investment from the regional government of 700,000 euros annually.

The programme aims for small and medium-sized enterprises in the region to make the leap into international markets with specialised support, reducing entry barriers in foreign markets. For interested Madrid businesses, the VUI remains active and offers free advice throughout the year.
