Parador La Pausa, in the coastal town of Reta, kicked off the long weekend with a renewed gastronomic offer and special hours from 10 am to 6 pm.
Parador La Pausa, located at the main descent of Reta on 48th Street, has opened its doors for this long weekend with an updated culinary proposal and the appeal of its terrace facing the sea. Emmanuel Monforte, the manager of the establishment, confirmed that since Thursday there has been an increase in visitors compared to other weekends.
New menu with winter dishes and promotions
The gastronomic offer includes everything from seafood platters with a special promotion to main dishes such as pasta with seafood, various milanesas, fish, oven-roasted beef, and Malbec loin. One of the star dishes is the lentil stew, which gains more fans every winter.
“We have dishes for all tastes,” Monforte detailed, highlighting that the kitchen will be open throughout the service hours, allowing for breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon teas with a sea view.
Weather conditions and coastal atmosphere
The east wind accompanied the day, with a medium swell that has already attracted some surfers and fishermen. “It’s not ideal for surfing, but it can be done,” Monforte commented, adding that at sunset the landscape becomes spectacular.
The parador has firm access and parking, making it easier for tourists to arrive. In addition, Monforte announced that during the winter holidays they will remain open every day with the same hours, from 10 am to 6 pm.
Tourist vocation and information service
Monforte emphasized the intention for all businesses in Reta to function as points of tourist information. “We want people who arrive to feel comfortable and enjoy Reta more,” he stated.
Parador La Pausa thus consolidates itself as a reference point for those looking to enjoy winter by the sea, with a proposal that combines gastronomy, landscape, and personalized service. For visitors, it is an opportunity to discover the Buenos Aires coast in a less crowded season, with the added bonus of winter sunsets.
