The Tax Agency has begun to pay the 20 cents per litre of fuel to transporters using professional diesel, as reported by Fenadismer. The payments accumulate amounts from March to June.
The Tax Agency is already transferring the corresponding amounts of the 20 cents per litre fuel bonus to the bank accounts of transporters, as confirmed this Wednesday by the National Federation of Transport Associations of Spain (Fenadismer).
These initial payments comprise the amounts accumulated from March to June and are exclusively intended for vehicles using the professional diesel system. This group includes trucks over 7.5 tonnes that use diesel, buses, and taxis.
Fenadismer has pointed out that professionals with vehicles not using professional diesel will have to wait a few more weeks to receive the payment.
The Tax Agency has also confirmed that direct flat-rate aid aimed at trucks under 7.5 tonnes, vans, VTCs, ambulances, taxis, and trucks of any tonnage powered by gas will not begin to be paid until next August.
To facilitate the tracking of these payments, the Tax Agency has enabled a consultation space on its website where all the information corresponding to the vehicle registrations, the monthly recorded consumption, and the exact amounts of the aid granted from March to June is broken down.
Fenadismer strongly recommends that all transporters check and verify as soon as possible that the amounts received in their bank accounts are correct. The federation urges the sector to compare this official data with their own internal estimates to detect and claim any possible discrepancies or mismatches in the received transfers.
This bonus, approved by the Government to mitigate the impact of rising fuel prices, provides relief for a sector that has seen its operating costs significantly increase in recent months. Transporters who have not yet received the payment can access the portal set up by the Tax Agency to verify the status of their aid.
