CEU Fernando III University, in Bormujos (Sevilla), offers a new pathway that combines Business Administration and Management with Business Intelligence to meet the demand for hybrid profiles.

CEU Fernando III University, based in Bormujos (Sevilla), has launched a dual degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and Business Intelligence. The programme, which is in-person, aims to train professionals capable of combining the strategic vision of business management with advanced data handling and technology.

According to university sources, the programme addresses a growing need in the job market: to have profiles that not only understand finance or marketing but also know how to interpret large volumes of information and turn them into business decisions. “Companies need professionals who can understand business strategy and turn data into decisions,” the centre states.

The academic itinerary is structured around areas such as business management, finance, marketing, innovation, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and business intelligence. The methodology combines theoretical classes with applied experiences from the first year: real cases, multidisciplinary projects, business simulations, and data analysis tools used by organizations.

One of the pillars of the programme is its connection with the business community. The university has designed a model in which active professionals participate in teaching, students develop projects linked to real challenges, and curricular internships allow for ongoing contact with the job market throughout their training. “This direct relationship with companies facilitates knowledge of sector trends and fosters the development of skills demanded by employers,” explain those at CEU Fernando III.

The dual degree is taught on the Bormujos campus, in the metropolitan area of Sevilla, and lasts five years. Upon completion, graduates receive two official degrees that qualify them to pursue careers in areas such as business management and administration, consulting, business analysis, data intelligence, strategic planning, management control, digital transformation, or entrepreneurship.

This initiative is part of CEU Fernando III University's strategy to adapt its educational offerings to the demands of the digital economy. In a context where organizations need to make faster, more precise, and sustainable decisions, the combination of ADE and business intelligence aims to train professionals ready to turn information into value and connect business strategy with the opportunities offered by the new technological environment.

The pre-registration period for the 2026-2027 academic year is now open. Interested parties can check the access requirements and the complete curriculum on the university's website.
