The human resources consultancy Marlex, with nearly 30 years of experience, is finalising its arrival in Huelva as part of a plan that includes five other Andalusian capitals. The office in Huelva will join those already operational in Seville, Málaga, and Granada.
Marlex, a company specialised in talent management and leadership solutions, has announced its arrival in Andalusia with an expansion plan that includes opening offices in six capitals of the region, including Huelva. The company's forecast is that the Huelva office will be operational during the last quarter of 2026, as part of a first phase of regional implementation.
The company, with nearly thirty years of experience in the sector, currently has over 500 professionals and a network of more than 80 offices throughout Spain. Its revenue exceeds 180 million euros, making it one of the leading groups in the talent sector in the country. The arrival in Andalusia responds to a strategy of sustained growth aimed at consolidating its presence in key economic territories.
In the Andalusian community, Marlex has already launched three offices: in Seville, Málaga, and Granada. In the capital of Seville, it operates under the brand Paul Marlex, focused on middle management and specialised talent, and is working on opening a new Marlex People office scheduled for September. In Málaga and Granada, the presence is organised through Marlex People, specialising in qualified technical professionals and operational staff.
The next step in the expansion plan includes openings in Córdoba, Cádiz, and Huelva, which will materialise before the end of 2026. In this way, Marlex aims to cover the main economic hubs of the region and provide proximity services to companies and professionals.

The establishment in Huelva will strengthen the local job market, in a context marked by the transformation of the labour market, the increasing specialisation of professional profiles, and the need to attract and retain talent. Marlex will work closely with local and regional companies to meet their hiring and personnel development needs.
The company does not stop here. By 2027, it plans to continue its expansion throughout the Andalusian and Extremaduran territories with the opening of an office in Almería and another in Extremadura. This move is part of a national expansion plan aimed at consolidating its presence in the main economic territories of the country.
With this initiative, Marlex joins other human resources consultancies that have bet on Huelva as a location for their services. The province, with a diverse business fabric ranging from agro-industry to tourism and logistics, offers opportunities for talent management in key sectors.
The opening of the office in Huelva is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026, although the company has not yet specified the location or the number of professionals that will be part of it.
