The Tax Agency has put up for sale a four-bedroom property in Ferrol with a starting price of 3,803 euros. The auction ends on the upcoming 27th of July at 18:00 hours.

The Tax Agency has opened a new auction of properties through the BOE Auction Portal. On this occasion, the property is located on Alonso López street in Ferrol (A Coruña) and has a starting price of just 3,803.36 euros.

The apartment has a usable area of 75 square meters distributed across four bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining-living room, a hallway, a bathroom, and a toilet. According to the official appraisal, the total value of the property amounts to 38,033.62 euros, meaning that the starting price is 90% lower than its market value.

Conditions to participate in the auction

To bid for this property, interested parties must provide a security deposit of 1,901.68 euros, equivalent to 5% of the appraised value. The right being auctioned corresponds to full ownership of the property, with a 100% ownership percentage.
