Startups interested in participating in Parque Arauco's Startup Challenge 2026 have until July 19 to apply. The programme seeks technological solutions in generative artificial intelligence and sustainable construction for shopping centres in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
Parque Arauco, one of the leading players in retail real estate in Latin America, has extended the application deadline for its Startup Challenge 2026 to July 19. The initiative, developed in collaboration with INNSPIRAL, seeks startups with innovative technological solutions that can become pilot projects within the company's operations in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
Two key challenges for retail innovation
The Startup Challenge 2026 focuses on two strategic areas. The first is autonomy in digital production through generative artificial intelligence, aimed at optimising content creation, strengthening omnichannel marketing, and automating communication processes. The second area addresses innovations for the construction industry, including automated building technologies, environmentally friendly materials, and circular economy tools to reduce waste and optimise resources.
Selected startups will be able to validate their developments in real environments, working directly with Parque Arauco and accessing a high-potential platform to scale their businesses in the region. According to the company, the programme aims to identify future strategic partners that will consolidate their technology in the Latin American market.
“We are looking for future strategic partners to consolidate their technology in the Latin American market. At Parque Arauco, we believe in open innovation and the enormous value that startups can bring to our business and the communities where we operate,” stated Francisco Letelier, Corporate Manager of Technology and Digital Transformation at Parque Arauco.
A consolidated platform for international startups
Since its inception, the Startup Challenge has positioned itself as one of the most relevant Venture Client programmes in the region. In previous editions, more than 200 startups from over 30 countries participated, and nine of them managed to develop technological pilots in Parque Arauco shopping centres.
The initiative offers emerging companies the opportunity to validate their solutions alongside a sector leader, generate business opportunities, and accelerate their growth in Latin America. For Spanish or Latin American entrepreneurs interested in the retail real estate market, this call represents a gateway to three countries with high consumption potential.
How to apply for the programme
Applications are open until July 19 and can be submitted online through the website https://www.openinnspiral.com/parquearauco. Interested parties must complete the registration form to begin the selection process. Parque Arauco will evaluate the proposals and select those with the greatest potential to develop pilots in its shopping centres in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
For startups looking to scale in Latin America, the extended deadline represents an additional opportunity to prepare a solid application. The company recommends reviewing the challenges presented and aligning the technological solution with the business needs before applying.
