The optical company Mó Global Eyewear has received the HappyIndex AtWork certification for the third year, achieving Platinum status for the first time, a recognition based on employee evaluations.
Mó Global Eyewear has obtained the HappyIndex AtWork certification from ChooseMyCompany for the third consecutive year and has reached, for the first time, Platinum status. This recognition is based on evaluations made by the employees themselves regarding their work experience, which supports their people management model.
A recognition that endorses corporate culture
The company, led by Carlos Crespo, has highlighted that the certification reflects its commitment to workplace well-being. "Beyond the recognition, what is truly important for us is what it represents: the confirmation that listening to people remains the best way to build a great company," Crespo stated.
The company maintains a strategy aimed at strengthening its corporate culture through team participation and incorporating employee feedback into decision-making. "We believe that a strong culture is built by giving teams a voice, transforming their feedback into actions, and creating an environment where people can grow, develop, and feel part of a common project," he added.
International expansion and financial growth
The certification comes at a time of growth for Mó Global Eyewear. The company was established in 2024 following the transformation of Multiópticas Sociedad Cooperativa into a limited company, maintaining its legal personality. Subsequently, it carried out a capital increase of 45 million euros aimed at boosting its international expansion in Europe and Latin America.
Currently, Mó Global Eyewear operates in Mexico and Peru and plans to start its activities in Chile and Colombia in 2027 as part of its external growth plan. The company also recently joined the CEOE, in an initiative aimed at strengthening its institutional positioning and expanding business collaboration opportunities.
Financially, Mó Global Eyewear closed the 2025 fiscal year with a 7.5% increase in its revenue compared to the previous year, driven by the evolution of categories such as progressive lenses and contact lenses.
For employees, this recognition represents validation of their daily efforts and an incentive to continue actively participating in the continuous improvement of the company. Workers particularly value the transparency and the company's ability to transform their suggestions into concrete actions.
Obtaining the HappyIndex AtWork Platinum seal not only reinforces Mó Global Eyewear's image as an attractive employer but can also translate into greater talent retention and a better perception from clients and business partners. The company plans to maintain this line of work and continue improving job satisfaction indicators in the coming years.
